Hello Mr. Naudin.

On the 6th of July, 2003 we made our first, but not last, Lifter and we called it "The Balsalifter". It was a square of 13x13 cm. As a power supply we used a 14 inches PC monitor and even though we didn't measure the power it was supposed to be 24,1 kV. It was really simple when we first got the hang of it. It was really fun.
We are now planning on building more Lifters, with several other shapes and sizes, and we will report every one of them to you.

You may find a movie of our lifter here: http://garnes.org/Balsalift_flight.mpg

Sincerely yours

Hi there.

Attatched are a couple of pictures from my recent lifter replication first conducted on June 28th. Lifting was accompanied by a slight hissing sound. When the lights were turned off a slight blue glow was observed, especially at the corners of the lifter. Small blue "jets" could be seen coming off the positive wire at several points as well. Thanks for the info from your website. Please keep me informed of any major developments in this field.
All the best.

Kind Regards,

I wanted to try a version of Jean Naudins encapsulated cell test.

So I made to lifter cells and encapsulated them in clear plastic, then connected them to a balence arm. Hooked up the computer monitor and gave it power. Sure enough they develope thrust. By switching the monitor power supply OFF anf ON I can make the balence arm rock back and forth. No sound or arking or contact with the atmosphere. Very cool.

Thanks Jean for the great site and fun.
